Auto Bill to Room · default
After acceptance, one unpaid room bill is created and parked with the room/stay. Kitchen and delivery continue independently.
TWO PRACTICAL WORKFLOWS
The hotel chooses its workflow. Automatic room bills and manual invoices use the same order context and pricing rules.

Managers can still open the existing billing screen, create or print bills, and record supported payment methods.
Record externally handled settlement or handover within the manual workflow; no automatic third-party accounting integration is implied.
ONE PRICE, ONE BILL
One item price and consistent configured tax treatment apply across the guest menu, kitchen order, billing and room-bill record. A printed copy of an automatic bill must not generate a second room charge.
KEEP IT LIGHTWEIGHT
Managers can see outstanding room bills, print or share them, and record settlement when it actually occurs. A completed food-delivery task does not automatically mean a bill is paid. Room changes and cancellations must maintain a traceable bill record.
Find unpaid orders and review prior bill documents for a room/stay.
Use existing manual invoice and receipt capabilities when guests request a paper bill.
Cash, card and other supported payment methods only count as collected when confirmed.
