Illustrative workflow; the demo uses sample data.

How it works, step by step

  1. One QR per villa/cottage

Each unit is a 'room' with its own QR.

  2. Services and outlets

Dining outlets as KDS stations; services with responsible teams.

  3. Optional location check

Property radius 25 to 5,000 m; checked only on submit.

  4. Runner tasks

Staff Portal tasks; scan the cottage QR to start/finish.

  5. Exceptions

    Manager attention for unassigned requests.
